• Resort Fee: Shores of Panama charges a flat $97 resort fee, which covers parking passes, wristbands, and use of amenities. This fee is payable directly to the front desk upon arrival. Each unit includes two parking pass.
• Anyone 19 and older can reserve this condo. 18+ require special permission. Please contact the Property Manager and ask for special permission to book.
• Parking Policy: Two vehicles per unit is permitted. This policy is strictly enforced.
• Exterior construction noise may occur during standard daytime work hours
