• Starter Supplies: We provide a starter supply of paper products (toilet paper, paper towels), toiletries (soap, shampoo), and kitchen essentials (dish soap, trash bags). For longer stays, you may need to purchase additional items.

• Rental Agreement: A Rental Agreement must be completed within one hour of booking. This includes a mandatory, non-refundable $55 damage protection fee, which covers accidental damage up to $1,000 and replaces a traditional security deposit.

• No trailers, motorcycles, golf carts, or oversized vehicles are permitted in the resort parking area per Tilghman beach and Racquet Resort HOA rules.
