Resort Pre-Registration:

• $90+tax resort fee paid directly to Laketown Wharf for wristbands & parking. A registration link will be texted one week before arrival.

Guest Requirements:

• Anyone 21 and older can reserve this condo. 18+ require special permission. Please contact the Property Manager and ask for special permission to book.

Parking:

• Max 2 vehicles. Off-site paid parking available nearby for extras
