Palace Resort Unit 1609

Escape to a bright 16th-floor, one-bedroom beachfront condo at Palace Resort on the Myrtle Beach strip. Comfortably sleeping up to four guests with a queen bed and queen sofa bed, it features a southeast-facing private balcony with Atlantic Ocean, pool, resort, and skyline views, plus beach access, shared pools, hot tubs, free parking, Wi-Fi, and a full kitchen.

THE CONDO
Natural light fills this bright, airy one-bedroom condo through large windows and a glass balcony door. Step onto your private, southeast-facing balcony for Atlantic Ocean views, a view of the resort pool below, and the sparkling Myrtle Beach skyline in the evening.

Designed for a relaxing stay for up to four guests:
• Living area: A comfortable couch converts to a queen-sized sofa bed. Stream your favorites on the HDTV with Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, HBO Max, Hulu, Disney+, Apple TV, Roku, Fire TV, premium cable, and Chromecast; high-speed Wi-Fi is included.
• Bedroom: Rest in a plush queen-sized bed with fresh bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, clothing storage, and room-darkening blackout curtains. Wake up to an ocean view from the bedroom.
• Kitchen and dining: The fully equipped kitchen includes granite countertops, a full-size refrigerator/freezer, stainless steel electric stove and single oven, microwave, dishwasher, cooking basics, dishes and silverware, toaster, baking sheet, wine glasses, and both Keurig and drip coffee makers. Dine at the kitchen bar for three or the intimate table for two.
• Comfort and safety: Air conditioning, heating, an iron, hair dryer, hot water, and bath essentials including shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel are provided. The condo also has a smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit.

Rental Agreement & Damage Protection:
To help protect both our guests and property owners, we use the secure CHARGEautomation platform to complete the required rental agreement and damage protection process. Within 1 hour of booking, guests are asked to complete the agreement by paying the mandatory, non-refundable $35 Damage Waiver Fee. This provides up to $1,000 in accidental damage, helping ensure a smoother and more worry-free stay for everyone.

THE RESORT
You will have full, private access to the entire one-bedroom condo, Unit 1609. Self check-in is available by keypad; the condo is accessed through the resort’s shared elevators and hallways.

As a Palace Resort guest, you may also use the shared resort amenities:
• Direct beachfront/waterfront access and shared beach access
• Multiple outdoor pools and a hot tub
• Ground-floor indoor pool and hot tub
• Free on-site parking garage
• Coin-operated laundry facilities on odd floors 1–11 and even floors 14–22

We respect our guests' privacy and offer a seamless self-check-in process. While we will not be present during your stay, we are always available and happy to assist with any questions or needs via the booking platform.

Palace Resort is located on the quieter south end of Myrtle Beach, offering direct oceanfront access while staying close to top attractions. Just minutes from the airport, Boardwalk, Market Common, dining, and entertainment. Ideal for a relaxing beach getaway with easy access to everything Myrtle Beach has to offer.

GETTING AROUND
Palace Resort is located oceanfront on South Ocean Blvd in Myrtle Beach, just minutes from top attractions, dining, and entertainment.

Walk:
Step right onto the beach. Short drives (or longer walks) to the Boardwalk and Family Kingdom.

Drive:
Having a car is the easiest way to explore Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, Barefoot Landing, and North Myrtle Beach.

Rideshare:
Uber and Lyft are widely available throughout the area.

Airport:
Myrtle Beach International Airport is about 5–10 minutes away by car.

Everything you need is close — beach days are effortless, and the rest of the Grand Strand is just a quick ride away.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
The condo is professionally cleaned and sanitized between every guest stay. A starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags is provided to help you settle in; cleaning is also available during your stay.

Beach chairs and umbrellas are not provided, but may be seasonally rented directly from lifeguards on the beach. Extended stays are welcome, with discounts available for weekly or monthly bookings.

Parking Restrictions:
Please note that resort regulations prohibit motorcycles, golf carts, trailers, and similar recreational vehicles anywhere on the property. These rules are established and enforced by the resort, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us comply with their policies.

Note: We provide 2 reusable kitchen towels and do not provide paper towels.

OFFSEASON CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: During the offseason (after Labor Day through before Memorial Day), the resorts throughout the region may perform maintenance, renovations, or construction. Guests should expect the possibility of construction noise during daytime hours. Offseason rates are reduced accordingly and already reflect the potential for these activities.
