• Deposit: 50% refundable deposit required within 24 hours

Cancellation Policy:

• 14+ days: Full refund
• 8–14 days: 50% refund
• 1–7 days: No refund (medical exceptions apply)

• No parties/events (family gatherings allowed with approval)
