Please be aware that the on-site restaurant, arcade, and fitness center are reserved for owners and are not accessible to our guests.

Provided Supplies
We provide a starter kit of essentials including paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags. Linens and bath towels for use inside the condo are also included.

What to Bring
Please bring your own beach and pool towels, as these are not provided. Beach chairs and umbrellas are not included but can be rented seasonally from lifeguards on the beach.

This condo is managed privately. To ensure the quickest response, please direct all questions to our team, not the resort's front desk.

** Rental Agreement **
The rental agreement must be completed within 1 hour of booking. By signing, you agree to the mandatory, non-refundable $35 damage protection fee, which covers accidental damage up to $1,000 and replaces a security deposit. Failure to complete the agreement may result in cancellation. This policy helps protect both you and the property during your stay.
