🛌- Bonus room area: The Zen room with queen bed, ensuite bathroom and 32" roku 📺 ,sound machine and workstation desk plus office chair. From here you have direct access to a full size brand new stackable washer dryer combo. Ensuite bathroom w rain shower and handheld combo for total relaxation.
Please note this room has no windows, it's fully an interior space, with a desk, chair, bed and built in shelving - the ensuite bathroom does have a small window above the commode
🛏 - Bedroom : The QUAD sleeps 5 with 2 sets of bunk beds (2 twin beds and the other with a twin over a full bed). Sound machine to sleep through the night after a long day and blackout shades to keep light out ⭐️
TV area - The tv area shares the room with the full kitchen. The countertop doubles as a seating area with wooden bar stools. A sofa couch is available in addition to this and sits 3. Sofa couch length is 70" so best suited for kids or a small adult. The space is perfect for transient guest and setup for quick meals. please note there is no dinning table area here as this is not a large lounge space.
Guest have full use of their unit and parking is designated to the back/rear property driveway spaces facing the fence. Max of 2 vehicles (1 in the front of the home and one in the rear )
