Access is to the rear property, backyard and driveway. Please do not use the patio space between homes meant for use by the front house tenant.

Guest interaction is on an as needed basis. We like to provide you with privacy so offer no contact check in/check out and are available via messaging on the Airbnb app.

Property is located on a quiet brick paver street just blocks from shopping centers, food and entertainment.

Property setup is Two single family homes on a single lot. One house is up in the front and this home is in the rear (Blue/Turquoise door). You have full use of your own driveway.

The area is popular for medical professionals and young families due to its close proximity to two hospitals.

The area has an excellent walkability score but you can also get around easily with ride or bike/scooter share as well as public bus transportation just one block from the property.

  • This home has old bones even though it has been remodeled. Please DO NOT throw away feminine hygiene products or anything other than Toilet paper down the toilets. If we require plumbers to service the home due to this, you will share the expense. Please be responsible and discard such items in the garbage.

  • Do not smoke, vape or use any other "smoking" substance or product on property. If you violate this rule you WILL BE FINED HEAVILY for cost of remediation.
