Master bedroom is equipped with a comfortable Tempurpedic memory foam mattress and plenty of storage for luggage, clothes, and other personal items.
Living area is spacious with an eating area and smart enabled TV
Guest Bedroom (bedroom #2) - Room is equipped with a bunk bed = two twin size beds. AC unit and small closet.
Bedroom 3 is the OFFICE.
The room is equipped with a desk and office style seat perfect for those working remotely.
If you require an air mattress, one can be provided by request and advanced notice.
The kitchen has an island high top for meals, utensils, dishes, glassware, and cookware are all provided.
Kitchen appliances include refrigerator, microwave, stove/oven.
Every room has access to an AC wall unit.
During the winter months, there are space heaters available for your convenience.

Home is located in downtown Orlando just 2-3 blocks from Lake Eola, Thornton Park, Downtown nightlife & entertainment, the new Dr. Phillips performing arts center, and Amway arena.

This is a residential area so if you have friends in the area, please keep visits to a minimum.
