There is an attached studio next door which has one of the parking spaces reserved for use.

The home features a nice corner lot with a studio unit on its side which is occupied by a long-term tenant.

Fully furnished with beds in Master (Double bed) & 2nd bedroom has bunk bed (2 twins).

Master bedroom is equipped with a comfortable Tempurpedic memory foam mattress and plenty of storage for luggage, clothes, and other personal items.

Living area is spacious with an eating area and smart enabled TV

Guest Bedroom (bedroom #2) - Room is equipped with a bunk bed = two twin size beds. AC unit and small closet.

Bedroom 3 is the OFFICE.

The room is equipped with a desk and office style seat perfect for those working remotely.

If you require an air mattress, one can be provided by request and advanced notice.

The kitchen has an island high top for meals, utensils, dishes, glassware, and cookware are all provided.

Kitchen appliances include refrigerator, microwave, stove/oven.

Every room has access to an AC wall unit.

During the winter months, there are space heaters available for your convenience.

The front door of the home is located to the left side of the home beyond the driveway with a white storm door facing the yard.

The home does not have a backyard. Ground consists of the side yard (facing south street) which is accessible outside the front door.

The area outside the kitchen is the neighbor's property.

Home is located in downtown Orlando just 2-3 blocks from Lake Eola, Thornton Park, Downtown nightlife & entertainment, the new Dr. Phillips performing arts center, and Amway arena.

The house is located on a quiet street in a residential neighborhood.

The home is on the corner of a one way road/dead end residential street.

Strict guest policy - only guest on the reservation are to have access/use of the property.

This is a residential area so if you have friends in the area, please keep visits to a minimum.

Failure to do so can result in incurred extra person fees or cancellation

No street parking - this ensures no impediment to neighbors/tickets.

Max 1 vehicle parking and must be in driveway.
