Welcome to Villa Harriet, a luxurious vacation rental situated on a stunning south facing canal lot with breathtaking views. Our spacious and modern villa features a large saltwater pool, perfect for relaxing in the warm Florida sun.

For the adventurous guests, we provide 2 one-person and 1 two-person kayaks, perfect for exploring the beautiful canal. Inside, enjoy some friendly competition on our pool table, stay connected with super fast internet and use our computer and laser printer throughout the house. The living room boasts a 70" 4K TV, while the two master bedrooms and lanai offer 48" 4K TVs, and one of the smaller rooms has a Full HD TV. Stream your favorite music via the lanai and living room, and easily share photos with AppleTV.

The villa's ideal southern exposure allows for comfortable outdoor dining at any time of day. Fire up the gas grill and enjoy a delicious meal with our ample supply of dishes. The laundry room features a washing machine and dryer for your convenience. We have carefully chosen travertine flooring throughout the house and lanai for a touch of luxury.

Please note that we charge $20/day for electricity usage. To ensure a comfortable stay, we provide guests with a basic set of consumables such as 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, 1 garbage bag in each can plus 2 extra, 1 roll of kitchen paper, and some detergent and dishwasher tabs. Anything beyond this, we kindly ask guests to provide for themselves. Please also note that we do not provide a full propane tank for the grill.

We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for added protection.

The security deposit for our villa is $300. Upon check-in, we will block this amount on your credit card. Alternatively, you may leave the deposit in cash. After a successful check-out with no damage to the house, the deposit will be released within 7 business days.
