• Please note that we charge $0.20 / kwh for the electricity used during your stay, with an average consumption of $20.00/day.

• Please also note that there is a minimum age requirement of 25 years and the renter must be present during the entire stay.

• We strictly enforce this policy and require a valid Driver's License and/or State ID for all bookings.

• Any guests under the age of 25 will not be allowed to book a reservation.

• We regret to inform you that this property is NOT pet friendly.

• If we find an unauthorized pet on the premises, the renter will be asked to remove the pet immediately and will be charged a Non-Refundable fee of $500 (in some cases, up to $1,000).

• Smoking is strictly prohibited in the villa.

• If any signs of smoking are found, the renter agrees to pay $300.00.

• We provide our guests with some basic consumables such as 2 toilet paper rolls in each bathroom, 1 garbage bag in each garbage can plus 2 extra, 1 kitchen paper roll, some detergent and 2 dishwasher tabs.

• However, guests are responsible for their own additional supplies.

• Please note that we do not provide a full propane tank for the grill.

• We highly recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance for their trip.

• In addition to our cancellation policy, please be aware that there is a processing fee of $100.00 for all cancellations.

• This amount will be deducted from the deposit that was paid.
