Sink into the plush sofa (which also converts to a comfortable sofa bed), gather around the TV for a movie night, or simply enjoy the natural light streaming in. The adjacent dining area seats six, making it ideal for shared meals and laughter. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's delight, featuring modern appliances, including a dishwasher, oven, and microwave, and all the cookware and dishes you'll need to create delicious meals. Prepare coffee with the coffee maker, or whip up a smoothie with the blender. Step outside onto the patio or balcony, complete with outdoor seating and a BBQ grill. It's the perfect spot for enjoying the Arizona sunshine. This home features three bedrooms, offering comfortable and private spaces for everyone. The Master Bedroom boasts a luxurious king-size bed, and the ensuite Master Bathroom provides a private retreat. The second bedroom has a queen bed. A third bedroom is a fun space for the kids, with bunk beds, and a single bed. Each bedroom offers ample storage, room-darkening shades, and fresh linens. Welcome to Hermosa Hideaway! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay, please take note of the following: Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. We offer free parking in the garage. Pets are welcome upon approval from owner, but we hope to see you bring your furry friends along! Please be mindful of noise levels, especially during evening hours, to respect our neighbors. The house is a smoke-free environment. A cleaning fee is included, but we kindly ask that you leave the house in a reasonably tidy condition.
