Vacation rentals in Kipps

I can’t find any officially named town called “Kipps, New York.” Could you please confirm the spelling or share the county or nearby city? If you’d like, I can draft a concise 2–3 sentence blurb for a real nearby Upstate NY town, or we can tailor a blurb once you confirm the correct name.
